This whole ordeal has been miserable all the way around, I would like to explain more in detail, but to someone who will do something about it instead of passing the buck. Next time I come to hotel to stay in room 517 I called front desk and let them know the room was ice cold, they said someone would be there to fix it, nobody showed, I complained again, and I was told by the front desk clerk that it says it’s 73 degrees in there, the thermostat may say 73, but it was not it was much colder. Once again I was assured it would be taken care of. Few days later I was charged $196.17 again. Few weeks later I received another invitation to stay several days, then I noticed I was billed $196.17, spoke to manager and he assured me it would be taken off. Although we didn’t eat at that time and we stayed I think one night, the next time I can to stay the night the girl working at the desk ask for my credit card, I asked why? I was never asked for credit card before especially since it was comped.
I received email from my host Tina, for 3 day stay at hotel, also comped a meal at the chop house.
